Product Description
Ivermectin INJ Nivtan is an anti-parasitic formulation which is indicated for intestinal worms, mites, and lice infections. It is highly appreciated for having excellent effectiveness against larval heartworms. Ivermectin is said to have chemical formula C48H74O14 with molar mass of 875.10 g/mol. It is known to have excellent protein binding ability of about 93% with about 18 hours of elimination half life. This injection is administered via subcutaneous route and assures superior effectiveness. Ivermectin INJ Nivtan contains P-glycoprotein which prevents it from crossing blood-brain barrier. It exerts its curative effect by binding to glutamate-gated chloride channels resulting in increased permeability of chloride ions.
